摘 要:运用含油制冷剂翅片管换热器分布参数仿真模型,定量分析了润滑油的混入对蒸发器性能产生的影响.结果表明,蒸发器性能受润滑油的影响较大,对压降的影响较换热更为显著.当润滑油循环量为3%和5%时,蒸发器制冷量的衰减约为5%和10%.除换热因素外,蒸发器出口润滑油中制冷剂残留也是导致换热器性能衰减的重要因素.The influence of oil on performance of evaporator was analyzed quantitatively based on the distri- bution-parameter-model of fin-and-tube evaporator with refrigerant-oil mixture. The results show that the evaporator capacity reduces significantly with the increasing of oil concentration. Oil has a pronounced influence on pressure drop. Capacity can reduce by 5% and 10% at circulating oil concentration of 3% and 5%, respectively. Besides the detriment of heat transfer, the refrigerant residual in oil is another factor leading to the deterioration of evaporator capacity.
