摘 要:为解决翅片管蒸发器结霜过程不易进行数值模拟的难题,利用组分传输与动态网格模型模拟蒸发器表面霜层生长的相变传热、传质过程,建立了结霜工况下翅片管蒸发器三维动态传热、传质的简化模型.计算得到了蒸发器表面霜层温度、空气压降及出口处含湿量.数值计算结果与实验结果趋势吻合较好.Frosting on the surface of finned tube exchanger is difficult to numerically simulate according to its various affected factors. To solve this problem, the species transmission and dynamic mesh model was introduced to simulate the heat and mass transfer during the process of frosting on the cold surface of the finned tube evaporator, then a simplified three-dimensional dynamic model was presented. The frost surface temperature, pressure drop across the evaporator and absolute humidity at the exit were obtained. The numerical results agree well with the experimental data.
