摘  要:通过对不同等级黄化香樟的研究,结果表明:黄化香樟中叶绿素总量与健康香樟叶绿素总量差异极显著。黄化香樟叶绿素含量老叶平均变化在0.901-1.299mg/g,新叶平均值在0.347-0.688mg/g,分别是健康香樟叶绿素总量的1/10-1/3,黄化程度越高叶绿素总量越低。黄化香樟叶绿素a/b比值偏大,是健康香樟比值的1.5-2.5倍,且随着黄化程度的加剧,叶绿素a/b比值变化幅度变大。因此,叶绿素含量的多少和叶绿素a/b比值的变化幅度大小可以表征香樟黄化的程度。Variation of chlorophyll in ehlorotie Cinnamomum Camphora were studied. The experiment results showed that there are very significant difference in total chlorophyll content between ehlorotie Cinnamomum Camphora and the health Cinnamomum Camphora. ehlorotie Cinnamomum Camphora average chlorophyll content of old leaves changes from 0. 901 mg changes / g to 1. 299 mg / g, the average of new leaf from 0. 347 mg / g to 0. 688 mg / g, only is 1 / 10 - 1 / 3 of health Cinnamomum Camphora total chlorophyll content. Higher the degree of Chlorotie, the lower the eontent;ehlorotie Cinnamomum Camphora chlorophyll a / b ratio are relatively large, about 1.5 to 2. 5 times to healthy Cinnamomum Camphora ratio, and changes more quickly if the Chlorotie level gets exacerbating. Therefore, it can through the chlorophyll content and chlorophyll a/b, s ratio to judge the extent of ehlorotie Cinnamomum Camphora, and indirectly through increased chlorophyll content and chlorophyll pigment ratio adjustment to identify management measures to govern chlorotic Cinnamomum Camphora.
