摘 要:以豆甾醇(stig.)为印迹分子、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体、二乙烯基苯(VB)为交联剂、碳酸钙及十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)混合物为分散剂、过硫酸钠为引发剂,采用悬浮聚合法制备得到平均粒径小于100μm、分布较窄的分子印迹聚合物微球(MIPs)。最佳配方为3g豆甾醇∶40mLMMA或30mLMMA+10mLMAA∶15mLVB∶4gCaCO3+2gSDS∶0.4mLNa2S2O8。其中过硫酸钠应分多次加入,在聚合反应初期采用高速搅拌,随着聚合反应的进行搅拌速度应逐渐减小。制备的MIPs对豆甾醇表现出较好的特异吸附性能,分离因子超过1.65,吸附容量高达1.28mg/g。The molecular imprinting polymeric microspheres (MIPs) of stignmasterol were prepared by suspension polymerization, with stignmasterol as the printing molecule, methyl methacrylate (MMA) and methacrylic acid(MAA) as the functional monomers, vinyl benzene(VB) as the cross-linker, CaCO3 and SDS as the dispersants, and Na2S2O8 as the initiator. The average diameter was below 100 μm and the size distribution was narrow. The experiment results showed that the optimal recipe was 3 g stig. :40 mL MMA or 30 mL MMA + 10 mL MAA: 15 mL VB:4 g CaCO3 +2 g SDS. During the polymerization Na2S2O8 was added batchwise, and in the early period a high speed stirring was applied, and with the going of the polymerization, the stirring rate was reduced. With a separation factor of over 1.65 and an adsorption capacity of 1.28 mg/g, the prepared MIPs had a strong selective adsorption toward stigmasterol.
