摘　　要：通过湖北土家族与汉族两个民族农民收入差异的比较分析,可以看出正式制度虽然对收入分配起着决定作用,但非正式制度对收入分配特别是收入差异也有着重要的影响,少数民族群众收入差异问题不仅仅是一个经济现象,它同时也是社会文化现象,其根源不应只在经济方面去探索,还要看到其背后的社会文化场景。Based on the comparative analysis of peasants＇income differences between Tujia and Han in Hubei province, the author pointed out that although the formal institutions play a decisive role in the distribution of income, but informal institutions also have an important impact on the distribution of income, especially on the income difference, and stressed that the issue of income difference is not only an economic phenomenon, but also a so ial and cultural phenomenon, so we should trace back to both its economic root and its underlying social and cultural scene at the same.
