摘 要:目的分析医学生普通基础课、专业基础课及专业课学习成绩的相关性,为学校教改工作提供依据。方法以川北医学院临床医学专业二○○二级本科毕业班学生共计206名的普通基础课、专业基础课及专业课学习成绩作为研究对象,用教育统计学中相关性原理,分析医学生普通基础课、专业基础课及专业课学习成绩的相关性。结果医学普通基础课与医学专业基础课,医学专业基础课与桥梁课、临床课,它们成绩间呈正相关。结论提示我们在今后教学过程中,加强医学基础课的教学是十分重要的。正确处理好医学基础课和医学专业课的关系,深刻认识医学基础课与医学专业课之间纵向的密切联系,加强医学基础课这一环节的教学是学生顺利地完成医学专业课的学习,确保培养目标实现的重要步骤。Objective TO provide basis for the school teaching reform with analysis on the academic record correlation among general basic, specialized basic and specialized courses for medical students. Methods By principle of educational statistics, we analyze the correlation of academic records of general basic, specialized basic, and specialized courses for 206 NSMC undergraduates of clinical medicine in Grade 2002. Results The academic records are positively correlated between medical general basic courses and medical specialized basic, bridging, clinical courses. Conclusion It indicates that it is of great importance to enhance medical basic course teaching in future. The important approaches to successfully ensure the students' realization of the cultivation purpose are as follows: corrective management of the relationship between medical basic and specialized courses ; profound understanding of their close vertical ties; and enhancement of medical basic course teaching.
