摘　　要：利用均匀设计法,通过统计分析系统(SAS)计算机软件,研究缩合反应条件对合成β-萘磺酸盐减水剂性能的影响,从而获得优化的制备工艺。与正交试验相比,该法试验次数少,工作效率高,并且便于分析各种因素的影响。The uniform design and statistical analysis system(SAS) were employed to study the influences of reactive conditions in the design of deacetylation of chitosan,and optimum preparative technology was obtained.Uniform design,in comparison with or-thogonal design,has the advantages of less test times,higher work efficiency and easier analyzing influence factors.
