摘　　要：分析炼油厂常见发生泄漏的原因,提出在加强管理、完善预防对策的基础上,防止泄漏污染地下水应采取的措施。Analyze the reasons of common leakage in refinery,put forward the protecting measures of ground water from leakage pollution based on the strengthening management and improving prevention counter-measures.
