金蛇胆口服液急性毒性及镇咳抗炎药效研究

摘　　要：研究金蛇胆口服液的毒性及镇咳抗炎作用。方法给小鼠灌胃。结果金蛇胆口服液无急性毒性反应，能明显抑制二甲苯诱发的小鼠耳壳肿胀。能延长氨水所致小鼠咳嗽潜伏期，减少咳嗽次数。bjective To study the toxicity and antitussive and antiinflammatory effects of king snake bile oral fluid. Method The experimental mice are given king snake bile oral fluid through stomach feeding. Results The acute toxicity experiment shows that king snake bile oral liquid does not produce any acute toxic reactions. Instead, it significantly inhibits the swelling of the ear induced by xylol, prolongs the incubation period of coughing caused by ammonia, and decreases the frequency of coughing. Conclusion King snake bile oral liquid does produce any aoute toxic reactions. It possesses antitussive and antiinflammatory effects.
