摘  要:概述了国内外六氟化硫气体回收系统的情况,对各种回收储存原理及处理方式进行了比较。介绍了一种设计新型的可移动的"小型工厂"即RF系列六氟化硫回收净化再生系统,及其工作原理、系统特点。该系统是拥有专利技术产品,回收时间短、回收利用率高,回收处理后六氟化硫气体纯度由99.23%提高到99.98%,空气含量由0.76%降到0.02%,均符合了国际要求。The paper described the condition of SF6 recycling system both in domestic and abroad, and compared the principles for various recoveries and handling way. The working principle and system characteristics of a kind of "small-sized factory" with new design, the RF series regenerative system for SF6 recycling purification, were introduced. This system is technical product with patent, which meets the international requirements such as the short recovery time, higher recovery utilization rate, degree of SF6 purity from 9923% to 99.98% and air content from 0.76% to 0.02% after recovery.
