摘　　要：本文论述河南省伏牛山缘脊叶蝉亚科３属５种，其中包括１新属：管茎叶蝉属Ｆｉｓｔｕｌａｔｕｓｇｅｎ．ｎｏｖ．和３新种：中华管茎叶蝉Ｆｉｓｔｕｌａｔｕｓｓｉｎｅｎｓｉｓｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．，河南胫槽叶蝉Ｄｒａｂｅｓｃｕｓｈｅｎａｎｅｎｓｉｓｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．，细茎胫槽叶蝉Ｄｒａｂｅｓｃｕｓｍｉｎｉｐｅｎｉｓｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．。此外还厘订新异名２个。新种模式标本分别保存在中国农业大学（ＣＡＵ）、中国科学院动物研究所（ＩＺＡＳ）、中山大学生物系（ＺＳＵ）和西北农业大学昆虫博物馆（未注明者）。Five species of three genera of the selenocephaline leafhoppers are reported from Funiushan Mountain in Henan Province in the present paper, of which the genus Fistulatus and the following three species, Fistulatus sinensis, Drabescus henanensis and Drabescus minipenis are new to science. Striations are present and convergent anteriorly on crown. Crown transversely depresses subapically and there are a few transverse keels or striations on front margin.Ocelli are on margin and a little distant from eyes. Face is wider than length with apical part hornshaped. Antenna is long and located at front top corner of eye. Antennal pit deep and expanded to frontoclypeus.
