摘 要:CO_2焊在大电流时存在射滴过渡形式,它具有与MIG焊射滴过渡类似的特征,也是一种稳定的过渡形式。不过CO_2焊射滴过渡只能发生在潜弧状态下,产生潜弧的条件为在CO_2气氛中,使用粗焊丝,大电流和低电压的配合参数。潜弧之后,由于电弧气氛的变化,而改变了电弧形态和作用力特点,并且仍能保持稳定的潜弧状态。这样一种认识改变了以往人们认为CO_2焊自由过渡是不稳定的排斥过渡的观点。There occurs the projected transfer form in CO_2 arc welding with high curr-ent when the arc is buried,the feature is similar to projected trinansfer formMIG arc welding and it is a sta ble droplet transfer form.The condition inbwhich the arc is buried are that the parameters such as CO_2 gas,thick wire,high current and low voltage should be used.when the arc is buried,the atmos-phere of arc column is changed,the arc appearance and arc force features havebeen changed and stable buried arc can be still kept.The viewpoint that thedroplet free transfer form in CO_2 are welding is an unstable repelled transferform should be changed.
