摘　　要：本文报道了云南宁蒗大槽子泥盆系大槽子组和碳山坪组介形类１２属２５种，包括８新种。其中含速足目类１０属２３种，另含圆足目类２属２种。速足目类１０属的１２已知种和６新种以及圆足目类２属的２新种，在本文中作了描述和图解。The ostracod material dealt with in this paper were collected from the Dacaozhi and Tangshanping Formations at the Devonian Dacaozhi section of Ninglang,Yunnan,China,with 12 genera and 25 species recognized.Among which,10 genera and 23 species are assigned to the Podocopida and 2 genera and 2 species to the Metacopida.Also described and illustrated in this paper are 12 known species and 6 new species separately assigned to 10 genera of the Podocopida and 2 new species to 2 genera of the Metacopida. This paper mainly adopts Becker's(1987) classification of podocopids and metacopids.
