摘　　要：公文语言在长期使用过程中形成了区别于其他文体语言的特点及要求,要学会正确运用公文语言提高公文写作水平。The language of offical documents has,in the long process of application, acquered its own features and request different from those used in other styles of writings.So people must try to raise their documents writing level by correct utilization of the document language.
