摘　　要：我国第一部慢性稳定性心绞痛诊断治疗指南(以下简称指南)已于2007年发表,为广大临床医师提供了一个适用于大多数患者的诊疗策略。指南充分收集循证医学证据,结合了我国实际情况,能反映慢性稳定性心绞痛防治领域中各个方面的最新进展,能指导临床实践。本文按照指南的写作顺序,就慢性稳定性心绞痛的诊断、治疗(包括药物和血管重建治疗)和特殊诊疗考虑等内容作深入浅出的解读。The first Chinese Guidelines on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Stable Angina has been published in 2007, which provides us with a therapeutic strategy suitable to most of our patients. This edition of Chinese guidelines extensively collected the relevant evidence from all over the world and fully considered the current Chinese medical practice. Thus it represents the most recent progress in every aspects of managing stable angina, and it is quite practical, I here briefly introduce to you the main points and recommendations in this document about diagnosis and assessment, pharmacological therapy and myocardial revascularization, and how to deal with some special subgroups.
