摘　　要：目的了解四川省医生输血相关知识水平，探讨提高医生输血相关知识的可行性对策。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法，从31家医院中随机抽取870例医生进行问卷调查。运用t检验和方差分析等统计方法分析数据。结果综合医院的医生对输血操作知识的掌握程度好于专科医院的医生（t=3.970，P〈0．001）；经过1～2次及以上培训的医生对输血相关知识的掌握均好于没有经过培训的医生（F=14．864，P〈0.001）。结论医生对输血相关法律法规、输血理论和操作知识总体掌握程度不高，应针对不同医院和不同类别的医生进行相关知识培训，以提高输血质量。Objective To comprehend doctors＇ knowledge on blood transfusion in Sichuan province and explore feasible countermeasure to strengthen doctors＇ knowledge related to blood transfusion, Methods We used. the method of stratified randora sampling to investigate 870 doctors＇ knowledge related to blood transfusion from 31 hospitals by questionnaire, The results were analyzed by t-test and ANOVA, Results Doctors in general hospitals had better knowledge on blood transfusion procedures than doctors in special hospitals （ t = 3, 970, P 〈 0. 001 ）, Doctors receiving relevant training had better knowledge on blood transfusion than those without training（ F = 14. 864 ,P 〈 0.001 ）. Conclusion With the renovation and development of blood transfusion technique, it is necessary to strengthen the training of doctors so as to improve the quality of blood transfusion,
