摘 要:建立了筛选脲酶抑制剂产生菌的模式,获得三个菌株,其中代号为I36的菌株,经鉴定为赭曲霉。该菌株产生脲酶抑制剂适宜的培养条件:培养基为2%葡萄糖,10%马铃薯,pH值自然,28~30℃,液体静置培养12d。测定液体培养液(含粗制粉2.0mg)对灰泥田和黄泥田土壤酶活性的抑制率4d分别为13.5%和100%。从赭曲霉代谢产物提取到的其中一种抑酶物质,经硅胶薄层层析和高效液相色谱鉴定达到均一。The proceedure of microorganism producing urease inhibitor was established, 3strains were obtained from amount of isolates, one was named as I36 has been idenhfied asAspergillus ochraceus by Chinese lnshtute of Microbiology(AS), The resultS showed that themoderare medium chieny consisted of 2% glucose and 10% potato, was favourable to produceurease inhibitor in the condition of inoculating amount for 2 loops in the dark at 28~30℃ for12~14d. When 2mg I36N was added in l5g soil and incubating for 4d, the inhibihng rate of I36N on the urease in grey soil and yellow earth was 13.5% and 100% respectively. The I36Ninhibitor was shown as a single spot on the silica plate by TLC and a single Peak by ELC.
