复合血管桥对冠状动脉旁路移植术中桥血管血流的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复合血管桥技术对冠状动脉旁路移植术中桥血管血流的影响。方法回顾分析2006年1月至2007年7月185例连续进行冠状动脉旁路移植术患者,按照是否应用复合血管桥分为复合桥组(A组,88例)和常规搭桥组(B组,97例)。其中A组按照桥血管材料分为复合动脉桥组(A1组,22例)和复合静脉桥组(A2组,66例);B组按照桥血管材料分为常规动脉桥组(B1组,16例)和常规静脉桥组(B2组,81例)。于全部吻合口吻合完毕血流动力学稳定情况下,用即时血流测量仪(TTFM)直接测量并记录桥血流各项参数。结果复合动脉桥组和常规动脉桥组及复合静脉桥组和常规静脉桥组在平均血流及搏动指数方面差异无统计学意义。结论不停跳冠状动脉旁路移植术应用复合血管桥技术不影响桥血流量,近期临床效果良好。Objective To measure the flow in coronary artery bypass grafts and to compare the flow be tween two groups of patients. Methods We retrospectively reviewed the records of 185 consecutive patients who underwent coronary bypass surgery with off-pump and composite grafting techniques between January 2006 and July 2007.And 88 of which used composite grafting technique were group A,the remaining were group B. This two groups were further divided into groups by radial use.The flow in all grafts were measured after the anastomose complete. Results There were no significiant diference in perioperative blood flow value and PI between this two groups. Conclusion Off-pump coronary aterial bypass graft combine composite grafts technique do not influence the blood flow value of grafts,and gain satisfactory early clinical results.
