摘  要:我国G9型轮状病毒VP7编码基因的序列分析李国华靖宇钱渊(首都儿科研究所北京市感染与免疫中心实验室,北京100020)关键词轮状病毒,VP7,序列分析A组轮状病毒是导致婴幼儿重症腹泻的最重要病原,也是导致发展中国家婴幼儿死亡的主要原因之一〔1〕。轮状...In order to determine at the nucleotide level whether the strain T203 that was previously identified as rotavirus serotype 9 is distinct from established serotypes,the VP7 gene fragment from rotavirus strain T203 was cloned and sequenced.Comparative analysis of nucleotide sequence indicates that the strain T203 is distinguishable from serotypes 1-4 rotavirus(74%-78% homology)and similar to serotype 9 strains of WI61 and F45 (89% homology) at the nucleotide level.So the sequence analysis is consistent with previous report that designated T203 as rotavirus serotype 9.
