十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(Cetavlon)对伤寒Vi多糖菌苗生产中复合多糖收量的影响

摘　　要：用Ｃｅｔａｖｌｏｎ不同母液浓度、不同作用温度及作用时间等三方面对伤寒Ｖｉ多糖菌苗生产中复合多糖收量的影响进行了比较试验，结果证明，使用０．６％的浓度，１５～２０℃室温，作用１２小时以上可得到比较多的复合多糖收量。Different initial Cetavlon concentrations adding to the supernatant of typhoid cultures were used to compare their effects on the harvest of the complex Vi polysaccharide.And also the different temperature and times used in treating them were observed.The results showed that the satisfactory conditions were 0.6% cetaphlon initiate concentration,room temperature at 15-20℃ and 12 hrs for treating separately.
