摘  要:为提高电动汽车驱动性能,设计了电动汽车用永磁同步电机(PMSM)。以电动汽车驱动系统要求为目标,计算了PMSM所需功率;进行了PMSM电枢直径、计算长度的确定和转子结构参数的选择;并进行了PMSM场路结合设计计算。利用以上参数设计了电动汽车用PMSM样机。进行了驱动电机系统台架试验。试验结果表明:PMSM样机低速转矩大,恒功率区宽,温升低,符合设计要求,性能满足整车的需要。In order to improve drive performance, a design method of PMSM used on electric vehicle (EV) is presented. According to the driving system requirement, the needed efficiency of PMSM was calculated. The diameter and length of PMSM armature were selected. The field-circuit coupled design were calculated. Based on all above decided parameters, a PMSM used on EV were designed. The designed PMSM were tested on motor test bench. This PMSM has big torque at low speed, wide constant efficiency section and low temperature rising. All the performance satisfy the EV requirements well.
