摘 要:目的探讨磁共振对乳腺疾病的诊断价值。方法搜集经磁共振检查,手术或穿刺病理证实的乳腺疾病56例进行回顾性分析。结果56例乳腺疾病中,良性病灶16例,恶性病灶40例。全部病例均行增强扫描。良性病灶一般表现为圆形或类圆形团块,形态规则,边缘光滑,无毛刺样结构,增强后均匀强化(14/16例);恶性病灶大部分表现为形态不规则结节或肿块,边缘分叶或毛刺,增强扫描多呈不均匀强化(36/40例)。结论MRI是评价乳腺疾病的一种有效的影像学方法;动态增强扫描对乳腺良恶性疾病的判定有重要帮助。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in diagnosis of breast disease. Methods Total 56 patients with surgically and pathologically proved breast mass were analyzed retrospectively. Results Contrast enhancement was used in 56 cases of breast diseases. Benign masses in 16 cases, malignant masses in 40 cases, benign masses appeared mostly circular mass or similar eircluar mass,the shape was regular, the border was smooth, non small structure and remarkable uniform enhancement (14/16) after enhanced scanning. Malignant masses appeared mostly inregular tubercle or mass,the border had part - leaf of small structure, and form enhancement (36/40)after enhanced scanning. Conclusion MRI was an efficient imaging technologies method to explore breast mass,enhanced scanning MRI can help diagnoze benign masses or malignant masses of breast disease.
