摘  要:建立了基于均匀设计的聚合物驱注入参数(聚合物段塞尺寸与浓度)优化方法。利用多元回归方法分析基于均匀设计的数值试验结果,建立增采幅度与注入参数之间的关系;通过构建合适的目标函数,将注入参数优化转换为对二元二次方程组的求解与分析。该方法可以显著降低方案优化过程中的数值模拟计算工作量,并提高注入参数优化质量和效率。A method to optimize injection parameters of polymer flooding (polymer-slug size and concentration) has been established based on a uniform design. By a multiple regression analysis and using the numerical results from a uniform design experiment, some relationships are developed between enhanced oil recovery and the polymer injection parameters. These injection parameters can be optimized by establishing proper object functions, in which these parameters are transformed into solving and analyzing binary quadratic equation groups. The methods can significantly reduce the numerical simulation calculation during optimizing a polymer flooding plan and improve the quality and efficiency of optimizing injection parameters.
