摘　　要：介绍了毫米波焦平面阵列成像的原理,给出了成像系统的系统结构、参数和电路组成,提出了工程中实现系统校正的步骤。目前,成像系统已经研制完成,并进行了系统测试及成像实验,得到了室外场景的辐射亮温分布图像并验证了空间分辨率指标。The theory of millimeterwave focal plane array （MFPA） imaging is introduced. The system structure, parameters and circuit components for the imaging system are provided. The calibration steps are investigated. At present, the imaging system is accomplished and has been undergoing testing and imaging experiments, and the radiometric brightness distribution images of outdoor scenes and the performance of spatial resolution are obtained.
