摘　　要：运用寻租理论，分析了建筑工程招标投标中政府官员的寻租行为，并讨论了这种活动带来政府行为故无效率的结果，在强化政府行为供给的同时。也带来招标投标机制运行的低效率。This paper analyzes rent-seeking behavior of government officials in the bidding of construction engineering and deliberately inefficient result of government acts caused by these activities by rent-seeking theory. Inefficient operation of bidding mechanism is brought up when the supply of government act is strengthened.
