摘 要:目的:调查宁夏六盘山及周边地区莱姆病自然疫源地状况。方法:分别采用间接免疫荧光法(IFA)、ELISA法,检测人、畜血清莱姆病抗体.采集蜱类进行病原分离。结果:检测757人,抗莱姆病螺旋体IgG抗体阳性(≥1:128)24人,自然感染率3.17%,并查出典型莱姆病病例;黄牛、绵羊、山羊抗莱姆病抗体阳性水分别为23.88%(16/67)、15.82%(25/158)、20.31%(13/64)。共采集硬蜱4属5种141只,其中1属4种为宁夏首次记录;全沟硬蜱带菌率为50.0%(5/10),从80只全沟硬蜱分离出3株莱姆病疏螺旋体。结论:首次证实宁夏六盘山地两侧及前山丘陵地区、盐池县存在莱姆病自然疫源地。The investigation of Lyme disease was earried out in 11 forestry plants and 6 counties of the Liupan Mountain in Ningxia province from 1994~1997. 757 residents were tested for anti-bodies against borrelia (strain B31 ) by IFA. 24(3. 17% ),Residents had significant IgG titers (≥1: 128),and there were patients with a typical clinical symptoms of Lyme disease. 141 ticks belonged to 5 species of 4 genera were collected in the above places,in which 1 genera and 4 specieswere firstly reported in Ningxia. 50. 0% (5/10) Ixodes persulcatus contained spirochetes using direct immunofluorescence examination, 3 isolates of Borrelia burgdorferi were recovered from 80Ixodes persulcatus. With the application of ELISA techniques for the detection of antibodies against Lyme disease, for the cattles collected from Liupan mountains and sheep. goats collectedfrom Xi-Hat-Gu and Yanchi prefecture, the positive rate was 23. 88% (16/67 ), 15. 82% (25/158 )and 20. 31% (13/64) respectively. These results showed that there is a nature focus of Lyme disease in Ningxia.
