摘　　要：血小板衍化生长因子(PDGF)是生长因子家族成员之一,是最早发现的原癌基因之一,被认为在间质细胞的迁移和增殖中起着重要的作用。PDGF及其受体还在胚胎形成时期的血管发生,肾脏、脑、心血管、肺泡的发育中扮演着重要的角色,现在的临床研究也显示,PDGF及其受体的异常表达与肿瘤、冠状动脉粥样硬化、肺纤维化、系膜增生性肾炎、创伤等疾病有关。PDGF（Platelet-derived Growth Factors） is one member of VEGF （Vascular Endothelial Growth Factors）family ,which is one of the first discoverd oncogenes is consider to play an important role in the migration and proliferation of mesenchumal cells. PDGF and its receptor also play an important role in the development of anginogenesis, kidney, brain, cardiovascular and pulmonary alveoli during embryogenesis. Clinical researches showed that abnormal expression of PDGF and its factor is related to many diseases, such as tunor.coronary atherosclerosis,pulmonary fibrosis, mesangial proliferative nephritis and traums and so on.
