摘　　要：多数情况下,机体的保护性免疫反应是由固有免疫和适应性免疫共同完成,二者之间的联系备受关注。适应性免疫的始动者树突状细胞与固有免疫细胞γδT细胞之间通过细胞接触和分泌的各种可溶性因子进行相互作用,一方面可以促进树突状细胞成熟,分泌Th1细胞因子,介导Th1型免疫反应;另一方面γδT细胞可以被树突状细胞诱导,增强其非主要组织相容性复合体限制性的抗感染、抗肿瘤及免疫调节等多种作用。In most cases the host protective immune responses completed by the cooperation of in-nate immunity and adaptive immune between which the linkage has drawn greater attention. Dendritic cell the primer of adaptive immunity and γδT cell the cell of innate immunity cross talk through cell contacts and secretvie soluble factors of interaction which can promote DC mature,Th1 cytokine secretion and Thl immune reaction,on the other hand γδT cell can be induced by DC cells to enhance its non-MHC restrictive anti-infection.anti-tumor and immune regulation,etc.
