摘　　要：自由基产生过多或消除障碍导致氧化应激的出现,氧化应激与结缔组织病的发生发展密切相关。现就氧化应激和一些结缔组织病如系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿关节炎、白塞病、系统性硬皮病和强直性脊柱炎等疾病之间的关系予以综述。Overproduction or insufficient removal of highly reactive free radicals can cause oxidative stress which has been demonstrated to be associated with the development and progression of connective tissue disease. This article reviewed the relationship between oxidative stress and several connective tissue disease such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, Behcet＇s disease, systemic scleroderma, anky-losing spondylitis.
