摘  要:创伤是现代社会中一个很大的难题,其发生、发展的生物学机制有待深入研究。创伤后各种有害因素通过一系列信号途径将信息转导至细胞核,启动有关基因表达,引发相应的生物学效应。丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号转导通路在创伤后的作用机制及其与创伤程度、预后的关系成为目前国内外研究热点。MAPK信号通路是细胞外信号引起细胞核反应的重要通路,其在不同的水平和方式中对于创伤起着重要作用。现就临床研究方面从MAPK信号转导通路在创伤发生发展中的作用机制及其与创伤程度、预后关系等方面的国内外最新研究进展进行综述,以期为临床创伤防治提供新的思路和手段。Trauma is a big hot nut in modern society, its mechanism of genesis and development still needs further studying. After trauma,many harmful factors can transduce the signal to the nucleus through a series of signal pathway, start the expression of related gene, result in the corresponding biological reaction. Currently ,the domestic and oversea researches are focus on the mechanism of action of mitogen activated protein kinase(MAPK) signal transduction pathway and its relationship with degree of trauma and prognosis. MAPK signal transduction pathway is the important pathway, through which extracellular signal can result in nuclear reaction. This pathway also can play an important role during different levels and modes. This article reviews the progresses of MAPK signal transduction pathway about its mechanism of action during the genesis and development of trauma and its relationship with trauma severity and prognosis in order to provide new ideas and methods for trauma prevention in clinic.
