摘　　要：目的:探讨腹盆腔粘连简捷、有效、无创的评估及评分方法。方法:B超结合腹腔镜技术截图进行图像处理定性定量评估粘连程度。结果:B超对粘连的定性诊断敏感性民特异性均在93%以上,定量诊断粘连面积与程度与腹腔镜比较差异无显著性。结论:B超可以作为一种有效无创的评估粘连程度的方法。Objective ：To explore the method for cavity with quickness, effectiveness and non-wound. evaluate and score the ahesion of adomen and pelvic Methods： The level of adhesion was qualitatively and quantitatively assessed through image processing by B ultrasonic and abdominal speculum. Results： The specificity and sensitivity of qualitative diagnosis by B ultrasonic were over 93 % , there was significant difference for quantitative diagnosis of adhesive area and leve lbetween B ultrasonic and abdominal speculum. Conclusion： B ultrasonic can serve as a effective method for assessing of adhesive level with non-wotmd.
