摘　　要：目的:探讨经鼻-蝶窦垂体瘤切除手术的护理配合体会。方法:对21例经鼻-蝶窦垂体瘤切除手术的患者加强术前准备、术中配合与观察、术后处理和健康教育,全部手术顺利完成,术中未发生意外,效果满意。结论:认为术前做好患者准备和物品准备,术中熟练配合以及术后正确处理和指导,是保证手术成功的重要措施。Objective ：To investigate the cooperating method to support pituitary adenomas resection via transnasal- sphenoidal approach operation. Method： 21 cases with pituitary adenomas resection via transnasal- sphenoidal approach operation were sufficiently prepared preoperation; the nurses skilled cooperate with the doctors in the operation, and gave the patients health education after operation. Result： All the cases of pituitary adenomas resection via transnasal-sphenoidal approach operation were all smoothly accom-plished, no accident occurred and the cooperating effect in the operation was satisfied. Conclusion： Sufficient mental and instruments preoperative preparation, skilled cooperation during operation and proper guide after operation are important to complete the operation successfully.
