摘　　要：本文通过采用问卷调查法、文献资料访谈等研究方法,根据高中女生的生理、心理特征,通过合理安排体育教材、提高教师自身素质和在课堂中的语言、环境和学生相处等几方面,对如何提高高中女生的体育课兴趣的具体手段和方法进行了探索。This article through uses the questiormaire survey law, research technique and so on hterature material, according to the high school female student＇s physiology, the psychological characteristic, through the reasonable arrangement sports teaching material, improves the teacher own quality and in the classroom language, the environment and the student is together and soon several aspects, how to enhanced the high school female student＇s physical education interest concrete method and the method has carried on the exploration.
