摘　　要：文中对2008年1月1日生效的《国际危规》第33套修正案主要修正内容进行了介绍,并结合海事部门管理实际,对新修正内容提出了管理对策,旨在提高我国的海事履约能力。The 33rd Amendments to the IMDG Code came into force on 1 Jan. 2008. This paper introduces the main requirements of the Amendments and provides some management measures to be taken by the Maritime Authority for implementation of the Amendments.
