摘　　要：目的观察伤寒Vi多糖疫苗的接种反应及免疫效果。方法采用随机、双盲、对照设计的原则,评价观察组和对照组疫苗接种后的反应发生率、抗体阳转率和抗体几何平均滴度(GMT)。结果疫苗接种后观察组和对照组全身反应总发生率分别为2.04%(11/540)和2.59%(7/270),均为轻度反应;局部反应发生率分别为3.52%(19/540)和4.07%(11/270)。伤寒Vi抗体阳转率分别为88.37%和85.46%,GMT分别为1∶134.31和1∶125.40,两者差异均无显著意义。结论伤寒Vi多糖疫苗在5岁以上人群接种后反应率低,免疫效果好。Objective To observe the adverse reaction and immune effect of typhoid Vi polysaccharide vaccine.Methods Observe the adverse reaction and immune effect of typhoid Vi polysaccharide vaccine in 810 healthy volunteers at more than 5 years of age by a random and double-blind trial, using comnmercial vaccine of the same kind as control. Results The incidences of systemic adverse reaction were 2.04%（11/540） and 2.59%（7/270） ,and those of local adverse reactions were 3.52%（19/540） and 4.07%（11/270） ,in trial and control groups respectively. All the systemic reactions were mild. The positive conversion rates of antibody against typhoM Vi polysaccharide in trial and control groups were 88.37% and 85.46% ,while the antibody GMTs were 1 ： 134.31 and 1 ： 125.40, in trial and control groups respectively, which showed no significant difference. Conclusion Typhoid Vi polysaccharide vaccine showed good safety and immune effect in the healthy person at more than 5 years of age.
