苦碟子对高同型半胱氨酸血症IL-6、CRP的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过兔高蛋氨酸饮食复制高同型半胱氨酸血症动物模型,观察苦碟子对高同型半胱氨酸血症对白细胞介素-6、C-反应蛋白的影响。方法:雄性新西兰兔喂食高蛋氨酸饲料(基础饲料中加入1.7%蛋氨酸)8周复制高同型半胱氨酸血症动物模型。检测血浆同型半胱氨酸,白细胞介素-6、C-反应蛋白含量,组间比较t检验。结果:模型对照组高蛋氨酸饮食可诱发高同型半胱氨酸血症,白细胞介素-6、C-反应蛋白含量升高,苦碟子及叶酸、B12干预后血浆同型半胱氨酸浓度下降。白细胞介素-6、C-反应蛋白含量下降。结论:高蛋氨酸饮食可诱发高同型半胱氨酸血症,白细胞介素-6、C-反应蛋白含量升高。苦碟子及叶酸、维生素B12对高同型半胱氨酸血症诱发的动脉粥样硬化具有预防作用,并且对其引起的白细胞介素-6、C-反应蛋白含量升高有抑制作用。Objective By means of puplicfing the animal modal of hyperhomcysteinemia （HHcy） through hypermethionine diet for the rabbits, effects of ixers sonchifolia hance on interleukin- 6 （IL- 6） and C- reactive protein （CRP） were observed. Method The male rabbits were fedwith hypermethionine forage （ 1.7% methionine was added to basal forage） for 8 Weeks to make the HHcy animal modal. ELISA means was used to detect plasma homocysteine, IL - 6 and CRP. The t - test of comparing among groups had been made. Results The hypermethionine diet in model control group might induce HHcy. The content of IL - 6 and CRP had risen. Plasma homocysteine interfeted by ixers sonchifolia hance was low. hers sonc,hifolia hance interference could reduce the content of IL - 6 and CRP. Conclusion The hypermethionine diet may cause HHcy. The content of IL - 6 and CRP shows ascendant bsers sonchifolia hance has provided protection agaiust atherosclerosis induced by HHcy.
