卡介菌多糖核酸预防生殖器疱疹复发的效果观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨肌内注射卡介菌多糖核酸（斯奇康）预防频繁复发的生殖器疱疹的效果。方法：选择无卡介菌多糖核酸（斯奇康）肌内注射禁忌证的频繁复发的生殖器疱疹患者（每年复发次数6次以上）86例，分成3组（A，B，C），分别给予卡介菌多糖核酸（斯奇康）联合阿昔洛韦片、单独阿昔洛韦片抑制疗法和单独肌内注射卡介菌多糖核酸（斯奇康）疗法。疗程均为1年，期间定期复诊，记录患者的生殖器疱疹复发情况及药物不良反应情况。结果：各组患者预防性治疗前的平均复发频率为9—10次／年，经过1年的连续性预防后，年均复发频率分别减少了80％，66％，22％。结论：卡介菌多糖核酸（斯奇康）肌内注射预防复发的生殖器疱疹有效，可以明显减少其复发频率。Objective To discuss the effect of intramuscular injection of polysaccharide nucleic acid fraction of bacillus calmette guerin （BCG -PSN） on the prevention of recurrence of genital herpes. Method Eighty -six patients with recurrent genital herpes （relapse more than six times per year） without intramuscular injection contraindication of BCG - PSN, were divided into 3 groups （ group A, B, C）, and respectively dispensed BCG- PSN pins Acyclovir, Acyclovir suppression therapy only, and intramuscular injection of BCG -PSN only. The period of treatment was 1 year with regular follow - up visits during the time. The recurrence of genital herpes patients and adverse drug reactions were recorded. Results The average recurrence frequency of all patients before preventive treatment was 9 - 10 times per year. After one year of continuous prevention, the annual recurrence rate was reduced by 80%, 66% and 22%. Conclusion Intramuscular injection of BCG - PSN is effective on prevention of recurrence of genital herpes, and it can significantly reduce the recurrence.
