摘　　要：目的:探讨上海市妇幼保健全程管理工作模式。方法:以访谈形式收集妇幼保健全程服务管理工作模式的有关信息,通过优势劣势分析(SWOT)和归纳演绎等方法,展示上海市妇幼保健全程服务管理工作模式的现状,进而发现问题,提出对策。结果:上海市妇幼保健全程服务模式已基本形成并正常运转,但在妇幼保健工作的具体环节仍不完善。结论:针对上海市的特点,妇幼保健全程服务模式应做适当改进,实现并完善其全程性、规范性和系统性的要求。Objective： To analyze administration mode of mammal and children＇s health care in Shanghai. Methods： Administration information of maternal and children＇s health care were investigated and collected, the current situation of the administration mode in Shanghai was displayed by SWOT analysis and other inductive and deductive methods, problems were found out and were proposed. Results： The administration mode of maternal and children＇s health care in Shanghai had been formed and running normally, but not very well in some specific links. Conclusion： In view of the characteristics of Shanghai , the mode has to be improved in order to meet the requirements of whole duration standardization and systematization.
