摘　　要：目的:探讨胎儿生长受限患者胎盘绒毛基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP9)及其组织抑制物-1(TIMP1) mRNA的表达和意义。方法:收集21例胎儿生长受限患者胎盘组织,采用原位杂交法从RNA水平检测其MMP9和TIMP1的表达,同时收集20例正常足月妊娠的胎盘组织进行对照。结果:正常妊娠时MMP9和TIMP1 mRNA在胎盘绒毛中呈强阳性表达,而胎儿生长受限的患者其胎盘绒毛中MMP9和TIMP1 mRNA表达减弱,差异有显著性(P<0.05),MMP9/TIMP1比值显著小于正常妊娠时的比值,两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:胎儿生长受限的患者,尤其是重度子痫前期所致胎儿生长受限的患者,胎盘绒毛中MMP9和TIMP1 mRNA表达均减少,提示与胎儿生长受限的发生关系密切。Objective： To investigate the mRNA expression of matrix metalloproteinase - 9 （MMPg） and tissue inhibitor of metal- loproteinase - 1 （TIMP1） in the placenta tissue in patients with fetal growth retardation. Methods： The placenta tissues of 21 patients with fetal growth retardation were collected and the expression of MMP9 and TIMP1 mRNA was examined by in situ hybridization, while the placenta tissues of 20 normal full - term pregnancy were collected as control Results： MMPg/TIMP1 mRNA were strongly expressed in the villus of normal pregnancy while it was weaker in those of fetal growth retardation, there were significant differences （P 〈 0. 05） . The ratios of MMPg/TIMP1 were also lower in these of fetal growth retardation than in normal pregnancy, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） Conclusion： The expression of MMP9 and TIMP1 mRNA has decreased in placenta tissue of the pregnancies with fetal growth retardation especially in those of preeclampsia and indicate that it has close relationship with fetal growth retardation.
