摘  要:目的:探讨米非司酮对早孕绒毛组织中白血病抑制因子(LIF)、细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)表达的影响。方法:采用免疫组化染色测定绒毛组织中LIF和ICAM-1的表达,其中正常早孕人工流产组20例,米非司酮药物流产组22例。结果:LIF在正常早孕绒毛组织中的阳性表达率为85%(17/20),在米非司酮药物流产组阳性表达率为50%(11/22);正常早孕绒毛组织中ICAI-1阳性表达率为80%(16/20),米非司酮药物流产绒毛组织中阳性表达率为45%(10/22),差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:LIF和ICAM-1与胚胎着床及维持正常早孕有关。米非司酮可引起人早孕绒毛组织中LIF和ICAM-1的表达降低,可能是抗早孕终止妊娠机理之一。Objective: To investigate the effects of mifepristone on the expression of leukemia inhibitory fator (LIF) and intercellular adhesion molecule - 1 ( ICAM - 1 ) in chorionic villi of early pregnancy. Methods: The expression of LIF and ICAM - 1 in chorion villi of normal early pregnancy (20 cases ) and mifeprisone - induced abortion (22 cases ) were tested by technique. Results: There were significant differences in the expression of both LIF (50%, 85% ) and ICAM - 1 (45%, 80% ) in mlfe- prisone - induced abortion and normal early pregnancy ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: LIF and ICAM - 1 may be associated with embryo im- plantation and early pregnancy maintenance. One of the mechanisms of mffepristone - induced abortion may be via the reduction of LIF and ICAM - 1 expression in chorionoc villi of early pregnanacy.
