摘　　要：目的:检测胎盘组织中转录因子-kB(nuclear factor-kappaB,NF-kB)的表达,探讨其与妊娠期高血压疾病发病的关系。方法:用免疫组化法对18例正常孕妇和50例妊娠期高血压疾病患者(其中妊娠期高血压15例,子痫前期轻度17例、重度18例)胎盘中NF-kB进行检测。结果:妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘中的NF-kB表达明显高于正常妊娠组(P<0.05),结论:胎盘组织中的NF-kB表达升高与妊娠期高血压疾病的发病有关。Objective： To detect NF - KB in the placenta in order to evaluate the relationship of NF - KB with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods： The expression of NF - KB in 18 nomal and 50 hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy placenta （15 cases of hypertension complicating pregnancy, 17 cases of mild and 18 cases of severe preeclampsia） was detected by immunohisto- chemistry. Results： The NF - KB expression levels in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group were all significantly higher than those in normal pregnancy group （P 〈0. 05） . Conclusion： The elevated expression of NF - KB in the placenta may play an important role in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
