迷宫螺旋密封的国内外发展现状及趋势

摘　　要：简单介绍了迷宫螺旋密封的有关概念,总结了迷宫螺旋密封的研究与应用。分析了现有迷宫螺旋密封研究中存在的不足,并对具体的研究方向和趋势提出建议。迷宫螺旋密封是依靠轴旋转时密封元件产生反压阻止气体或液体向外泄漏,达到完全密封的功能。这种密封结构可以解决苛刻条件下,如实现高温、高压、易燃、易爆、腐蚀、含颗粒介质下的密封。它使用寿命较长,在高转速下可以产生较大的密封力。Concepts of the screw - type labyrinth seal are introduced and its present research and application are summed up. Deficiencies in present research are analyzed in detail, and some suggestions about its development are brought forward. A screw- type labyrinth seal can realize complete seal depending on the counterpressure when the shaft rotates. This kind of seal can be used for a long time, and the seal - power produced is big enough to realize zero leakage.
