摘　　要：以截割理论为基础,通过对影响截齿切屑图形状的各项因素的分析,建立了连续采煤机滚筒切屑图的数学模型。基于VB6.0软件,开发了连续采煤机滚筒的计算机辅助设计系统,通过改变不同的参数,得出不同条件下的切屑图,以检验滚筒结构设计的合理性,为提高连续采煤机滚筒的设计效率提供了有效的手段。On the basis of cutting theory, analyzed kinds of factors of affecting the breakout pattern, establishes the breakout pattern mathematical models. Based on VB6.0, a computer auxiliary design system of continuous miner cutting drum is designed. It can obtain some kinds of breakout patterns by changing parameters, which could verify design rationality of cutting drum. The visual design provides a valid method of improving designing efficiency of continuous miner cutting drum,
