摘　　要：对圆环链轮齿廓的精确加工方法作了探讨及分析;我国长期以来,齿廓设计应用着的有前苏联标准、德国标准及我国的老标准与新标准,齿廓圆弧半径R1不同,分析和总结了齿廓圆弧半径中心与链轮中心X、Y坐标求解通用公式,为各种圆环链轮齿廓曲线加工的工装设计提供了理论和实际上的方法。The precise processing method of ring chain wheel tooth profile was discussed and analysed. The former Soviet Union Standard, German Standard, both old and new domestic standard have been adopted for tooth profile design for a long time. There exists difference in circular arc radius R1 Has analyzed and sum- marized the common formula calculating the center of tooth profile circular arc radius and the center of ring chain wheel X, Y coordinate, providing designing methods for processing tooth profile arc of various ring chain wheel in theory and practice.
