摘 要:对柔性滑动轴承系统进行了油膜涡动及油膜振荡的理论研究与实验分析。通过对涡动特性及振荡产生的机理分析,对系统建立相对坐标系,导出了轴的振动方程;从N-S方程导出了涡动状态下的雷诺方程,从而得到轴的径向力计算公式;通过对轴的振动分析,研究了油膜振荡的特征和油膜涡动的产生与轴承结构、润滑油及轴的几何尺寸关系,提出了防止油膜涡动及油膜振荡的措施。This paper discusses the phenomena of oil whirl and oil oscillation occurred in fluidlubricated bearing, and analyzes the phenomena theoretically and by experiments. A relative coordinate system is built up on the rotor, and the vibration equations of oil whirl are derived. From the vibration equations, the paper analyzes the reason of occurrence of oil whirl and oil oscillation and their characteristics. From the N-S equations, this paper derives the Reynolds equations under the condition of oil whirl, and gives the calculation formulas of circumferential force. Through systematic analysis to the whip vibration, the characteristics of oil-film whirl and oil oscillation are studied. The results give some effective measures of avoiding the oil-film whirl and oil oscillation.
