荧光增白剂OB合成工艺的研究

摘　　要：研究了以噻吩-2,5-二羧酸和邻氨基对叔丁基苯酚为主要原料合成荧光增白剂OB的方法,着重探讨了投料配比、催化剂、溶剂、反应温度、反应时间等因素对收率的影响,在适宜的条件下得到荧光增白剂OB,其熔点199～201℃,质量分数99%以上,收率89%以上。The synthetic methods of fluorescent whitening agent OB were studied. Fluorescent whitening agent OB was prepared from Thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylic acid condensed with 2-amino-4-tart-butylphenol, factors influencing on the yield such as the proportion of reacting substance, catalyst, solvent, reaction temperature, reaction time were discussed. In the optimum reaction conditions, mp 199- 201 ℃, purity 99%, yield of fluorescent whitening agent OB was 89 % based on Thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylic acid.
