摘  要:采用PAGE对河南大尾寒羊的血红蛋白(Hb)、转铁蛋白(Tf)进行多态性检测,同时以美利奴羊作为对照。结果表明:河南大尾寒羊Hb位点的HbB基因和HbBB基因型频率分别为0.694 5和0.500 0,且两品种差异显著,两群体中HbB基因均占优势。但大尾寒羊的HbB基因频率比美利奴羊群体高26.27%,HbBB基因型频率高66.7%,可能与其多羔性存在相关性。在36份河南大尾寒羊Tf血样中共检出5种基因(TfA,TfB,TfC,TfD,TfE)、10种表现型(TfAB,TfAC,TfAD,TfBB,TfBC,TfBD,TfCC,TfCD,TfCE,TfDD),TfCD产羔数最高为3个,TfCE的产羔数量最低为2个,不同表现型母羊的产羔数存在一定的差异。Taking Merion monotonous sheep as CK,the morphologism of Hb and TF of Long-tail Han Sheep in Henan province was tested by non-continuous vertical PAGE. The result showed that HbB gene and HbBB genotype frequence of Long-tail Han Sheep were 0. 694 5 and 0. 500 0, respectively,presenting significant difference between the two breeds (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). The HbB genes in both multi-lamb Long-tail Han Sheep and single-lamb Merino monotocous sheep were in superiority,but the Hb gene frequence of Long-tail Han Sheep was 26.27% higher than that of Merino monotocous sheep(P〈0.01) ; HbBB genotype frequence of Long-tail Han Sheep is 66.7% higher than that of Merino monotocous sheep (P〈0. 01) ,which may relate to the multilamb feature. The Tf polymorphism test showed that among 36 bIoods of Long-tail Han Sheep, five genes (Tfa, TfB, TfC, TfD and TfE) and ten phenotypes (TfAB, TfAC, TfAD, TfBB, TfBC,TfBD, TfCC, TfCD, TfCE andTfDD) were detected. The highest lamb-breeding number is three from TfCD, and the lowest lamb-breeding number is two from TfCE. There existed some difference of lamb-breeding number between different phenotypes of female sheep,but not significant.
