摘　　要：三金片具有较强的抗菌作用;可明显抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿、角叉菜胶所致的大鼠足肿和纸片所致的大鼠肉芽肿,能显著提高小鼠热板致痛的痛阈、降低扭体反应小鼠的扭体次数;明显增加大鼠的排尿量;并可明显提高氢化可的松抑制小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率及指数、外周血T淋巴细胞百分率及环磷酰胺抑制的半数溶血值。Sanjin tablet has effects of anti-bacteria, could be obviously inhibit the swelling of mouse ear induced by dimethylbenzene, and inhibit the swelling of rat foot induced by Carrageenin as well as the granuloma by paper, and could be remarkably increase mouse pain threshold and decrease rat twisting reaction as well as times, significantly increase the urine volume of rat. It could also elevate mouse abdominal cavity macrophage's effect percentage and its index, and blood T cell percentage inhibited by hydrocortisone, etc.
