摘 要:目的:探讨紫外线照射充氧自血回输(UBIO)治疗家兔梭曼急性中毒的机理。方法:100只家兔随机分为5组各20只,正常组作为正常对照;中毒组、常规组、UBIO组及复合组制成梭曼中毒动物模型,常规组给予常规解毒治疗;UBIO组采用UBIO治疗;复合组常规与UBIO综合治疗。均连续观察14d后检测血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)及谷胱甘肽硫转移(GST)活性。结果:与正常组比较,其它各组梭曼中毒后,血清中SOD、GSH-Px、GR及GST活性明显下降,而CAT活性明显升高(P<0.05);UBIO组和复合组血清中各项指标均明显高于中毒组(P<0.05)。结论:家兔梭曼急性中毒后可伴有抗氧化酶活性下降,因而有明显的自由基损伤,UBIO可明显提高机体抗氧化能力,可以应用于梭曼中毒的辅助治疗。Objective: To investigate the mechanism of ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation (UBIO) for treating acute soman intoxication in rabbits. Methods: One hundred rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups, inclu ding normal control, intoxication, routine therapy, UBIO therapy and UBIO combined with routine therapy (combined therapy) group. After observation for consecutive 14 days, activities of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), catalase (CAT), glutathione reductase (GR) and glutathione S-transferase (GST) were determined respectively. Results: After acute soman intoxication, serum SOD, GSH Px, GR and GST activities were obviously decreased, but CAT activity was increased as compared with those in normal control group (P〈0.05). After UBIO or combined therapy, serum SOD, GSH-Px, GR, GST and CAT activities were obviously increased as compared with those in intoxication group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: There are significant decreases in antioxidative enzyme activity and obvious free radical injury after acute soman intoxication in rabbits. UBIO therapy can improve the ability of antioxidation and so can be used for the adjuvant treatment of acute soman intoxication.
