摘　　要：目的:探讨哮喘控制测试(ACT)量表与FEV1%的相关关系。方法:84例确诊为支气管哮喘患者填写ACT量表和进行肺功能测试,其中59例经规范治疗(75±15)d后依嘱复诊并再次填写ACT量表和行肺功能测试,对前后2次所得数据以FEV1%结果排序,以FEV1%基础值按≤79%(组1)和≥80%(组2)分为2组进行t检验和相关分析。结果:规范治疗前后,组1FEV1、FEV1%、PEF、PEF%和ACT均显著低于组2(P<0.01),且ACT得分与FEV1%和PEF%结果高度一致;FEV1%均与FEV1、PEF、PEF%和ACT呈明显的正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论:ACT与评价支气管哮喘症状控制好坏的客观指标FEV1%和PEF%具有明显的相关性和一致性,尤其是ACT简单明了,问题高度浓缩且准确精炼,特别对缺乏肺功能检测设备的基层乡镇卫生院不失为一个简单易行且可信度高的评价工具。Objective：To investigate the correlation between the score of asthma control test （ACT） and FEV1%. Methods ： Eighty-four cases of diagnosed asthma were asked to fill in the ACT scale and test lung function simultaneously. After guided treatment for an average of 2.5 months± 15 days, 59 cases of them filled in the ACT scale and received lung function test once again on return visit. The score of ACT and result of lung function before and after guided treatment were put in order of FEV1 %. And the data were divided into group 1 （FEV1%≤79%） and group 2 （FEV1% ≥80%）, then analyzed statistically with t-tes and correlation analysis. Results： FEV1, FEV1 %, PEF, PEF% or ACT score showed significant difference （P〈0. 001） between the two groups before or after guided treatment. The score of ACT showed a good correlation and consistency with FEV1%or PEF% And FEV1% was positively correlated with FEV1 , PEF, PEF% or ACT score and the relationship was statistically significant （P〈0. 001）. Conclusion： FEV1% and PEF% have been used to evaluate the effect of asthma treatment. But the score of ACT shows good correlation and consistency with FEV1% and PEF%. The score of ACT is also simple and accurate for undereducated population in suburbs. And it is a simple and dependable method for country health center, where lung function testing was not performed, to evaluate the effect of asthma treatment.
